Reporting Information

An Intermediate Care Facility (Incl. Distinct Part Long-Term Care) must report the occurrence of a fire or disaster to the Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance (HCQC) within 24 hours.

3.  A facility shall notify the Bureau of the occurrence of a fire or disaster in the facility within 24 hours after the facility becomes aware of the fire or disaster.
