Information

*Added during the 81st Legislative Session* Each employer in private employment must post and maintain each informative notice from the Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation (DETR) in a conspicuous location at the place of employment, where notices are customarily posted and read by employees and applicants for employment. These informative notices will be prepared by DETR and made available to employers by the Nevada Labor Commissioner. These notices will include information including but not limited to the Career Enhancement Program and Nevada JobConnect.

AB307 Section 1 Subsection 2. The Labor Commissioner shall: (a) Make each notice described in subsection 1 available to each employer in private employment in this State; and (b) Require each such employer to post and maintain each such notice in a conspicuous location at the place of employment where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted and read.
