This course has only been approved by the Nevada State Board of Nursing to meet the requirements of AB327 (2021) for nurse licensure.

Who Must Complete Training?
Nevada Assembly Bill 327 (passed in 2021, effective January 1, 2022) requires a psychiatrist, physician assistant practicing under the supervision of a psychiatrist, nurse, marriage and family therapist, clinical professional counselor, social worker, clinical alcohol and drug counselor, alcohol and drug counselor, problem gambling counselor or behavior analyst to complete two hours of instruction concerning cultural competency and diversity, equity and inclusion as part of their continuing education requirements as a condition to the renewal of a license or certificate.

When Do I Need to Complete?
This course has only been approved by the Nevada State Board of Nursing to meet the requirements of AB327 (2021) for nurse licensure. (Renewal or Licensing)

Method

How Do I Get Trained?
You must watch each video (total of 120 minutes) in the course and complete the evaluation to receive your CE certificate (Nursing Certificate issued by NHA – Nevada Hospital Association)
