Mobile MRI Facilities Inspection Checklist


REMINDER: If the Mobile MRI unit is parked at the facility overnight, please make sure it is running before you leave and when you arrive. You will be able to hear the Mobile MRI running and there should be a green light that indicates the shore power is on and not running on the Mobile MRI generator (unless power is lost at the hospital).

Any visible exterior damage(Required)
Power cable is securely hooked to the power supply when parked(Required)
Main door is locked when not in use(Required)
Any visual exterior water damage or leakage(Required)
Any visible wear or damage to the power cable?(Required)
Compartments on the driver side of the trailer locked(Required)
Any visible damage to external wrap(Required)
Safety cones are setup around the trailer(Required)
Document any damage here
