Reporting Information

***This reporting requirement ended on May 3, 2023.***Nevada skilled nursing facilities are required to complete a daily census survey under a directive from the State's Chief Medical Officer. The State will use this information for internal dashboards that will merge with data provided by the hospitals.  State health officials hope that having this data will help to organize transitions and tell the full story of need within Nevada.

Reporting is via REDCap. See the 12/18/20 email directive for the survey link.

UPDATE: Per an email sent by Nevada DHHS Office of Analytics on 3/3/23, this information will no longer be utilized and the dashboard will be stood down so there will no longer be a need to submit the daily survey.

Under Nevada Administrative Code 441A.295, the Chief Medical Officer may carry out the measures for the investigation, prevention, suppression and control of a communicable disease as defined under Nevada law.
